The host family was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great tips on what to do and see in the vicinity. the location of the homestay was perfect, situated between the main town and Little Adams Peak, making it convenient for exploring. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing - with a variety of delicious options each day. We also arranged trips to Udawalawa and our next destination, Kalkudah, through the hosts, and everything was managed seamlessly. Highly recommended!

The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Location was fantastic and ideal, close to Little Adam's Peak. Breakfast was savoury with plenty of food. Had perfect stay during our holidays and received wake up calls for free, a nice bonus.

Terrific Breakfast Spread! The à la carte and continental options at the homestay were like a foodie's dream come true. From the fluffy pastries to the mouthwatering scrambled eggs, it felt like being in a gourmet restaurant. I devoured everything with gusto!

Low shower pressure

Delicious Sri Lankan fusion breakfast. Welcoming and sweet hosts. Big terrace with table and daybed. Hot water and clean sheets. Countless squirrels, birds, and even a mongoose seen from the patio.

The place was fairly clean and located just off the center, with a nice hill and surrounding area, and the owner provided a warm welcome.

We had a fantastic time at Secret Nest. Our stay was for three days, and we were able to easily walk to popular attractions like 9 arches bridge and little Adams peak. The owners were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a good variety of food. They even arranged a tuk tuk for us to the train station at a reasonable price. a lovely place to stay with great hosts and excellent amenities.

They even took the time to have a long conversation with us about life in Sri Lanka. the location was perfect, being close to the Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam's Peak.

The WiFi was a bit slow at times, but still usable. There were some instances of noise, with children crying, but it wasn't a major issue.

The meals were out of this world, hands down the best I've had in Sri Lanka. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the center of town, Nine Arch Bridge, and Little Adams Peak. The homestay offered amenities like wi-fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, paid airport shuttle, laundry. It also had a LOVELY outdoor dining area and non-smoking rooms. Plus, pets were not allowed, perfect for those with allergies! I couldn't recommend this place enough, it made our stay in Ella unforgettable!
